Mina Kaye

Mina Kaye is the owner and founder of Simply Southern Landscape. She is an Atlanta native who currently resides in Buford, GA. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, specializing in Horticulture from the University of Georgia and has over a decade of design/install experience. While growing up, her parents had “green thumbs” yet she never realized the impact this interest would have on her as a child. After enrolling in an elective Horticulture class at UGA, she quickly realized she had a true knack and passion for the outdoors, landscape design, and connectivity to the Earth. 

Mina, while studying abroad, in Cortona, Italy, she discovered the wide range of options in Horticulture. Formal garden design, container gardening, and utilizing architecture within the landscape took her creativity to a whole new level. She has since brought back her broad ranging skill set and passion to Georgia and is living out her dreams for herself, her family and her clients.

Mina is a wife and mother to two young girls (Berkeley and Madison Jane). She also claims to be first a mother to two canines (Molly and Lucy). When she is not out in the field with clients and her team, you can find her enjoying time at the beach, in her own yard, or running the girls around town for softball and dance.
